Membership Statutes

To be part of Life Steppers, we recognize different membership statutes.

Before you decide to be part of our projects and make it your own, please understand and agree with the following statutes:

Founding members:

It comes to those who participated in the constitution of the association.

Founding members are represented by its President Rémi Dandoli and its secretary Ole-Teodor S.Solbakken.

 

Members of right:

It comes to those that the association agrees to accept as members, by providing the admission procedure.

We can give this statut to anyone that can bring us his skill. Lawyer, particular Benefactors, project developer...

They are eligible as board directors by the “board directors” themselves after voting.

They can vote during the assemblies.

 

Active members:

It comes to those that the association agrees to accept as members, by providing the admission procedure.

They will have to give assistance in the focused axes of development.

They are eligible as “board member”.

They can vote during the general assembly.

 

User members:

It comes to those that the association agrees as beneficiary person of the association’s tools.

They are eligible as “board member”.

They can vote during the general assembly.

 

Benefactor members:

It comes to those who agreed to financially support the association or that address regular donations to the association.

They are not eligible as “board member”.

They can’t vote during the general assembly.

 

Honorary member:

It comes to those who have rendered service to the association.The title of “honorary member” may be awarded to members or people outside the organization by the “board directors”.

They are not eligible as "board member".

They can’t vote during the general assembly.

 

Life members:

It comes to those who have rendered service to the association.

The “board directors” themselves award the title of “life member” to any member of the association.

They are not eligible as “board member”.
