The "Board Directors" has full authority to manage, direct and administer the association.

The "Board Directors" is composed of the founding members and any member electible as such. Every year the board member can elect a new president, a new secretary and a new president.

 

The "Board Members" is made of any member electible as such.

They represent the association’s office.

They meet whenever they need.

“Board members” is responsible for collecting any request, question, or problem encountered by any member of the association.

They are the link between members and leaders.

They are independent of the “board directors”.
