If we don't try...
Departure May 2014.
Loss of Membership
All members may lose their membership if:
- Departure submitted in writing.
- Non-respect of the contribution fee payment. In this case the board directors will have to notify the member about his decision. The member will have a week after the notification to pay the contribution fee or be disbarred.
- Abdication of responsibility. For this reason, the board directors will have to call an extraordinary assembly, where members with right to vote will take a decision after debating with or without the member himself.
- By death or liquidation if it is a moral person.
- By death if it is a physical person.
All members, excepted the “founding members” may lose their membership being disbarred by the “board directors” themselves if:
- Unilateral decision. Serious misconduct.
The “board directors” will just have to notify the disbarred member of the association of his decision.
Internal regulations may specify what is serious misconduct.
